Meet Nancy...
Nancy has always been a dreamer. Inspired by the magic of thrift stores, Nancy saw endless combinations of patterns and fabrics in her mind. She wanted to create something surprising. She wanted to combine things that you would have never thought of going together, but somehow fit in perfect harmony like delicate lace and camouflage. Two years ago, she decided to bring that vision to life by creating quilted, baby floor mats for family members and friends welcoming new children into their home. And, Apartment C was born.
More importantly though, Nancy wanted to do something that would also have a positive impact on the environment. By using recycled fabrics in her work, Nancy hopes to contribute to the larger ecological movement in her own, small way.
“I sincerely believe that we each have a responsibility towards the environment. I felt like I needed to do my part, to participate in the collective effort, to safeguard our planet, and to preserve the environment.”
